10. Measurability:

  • World’s Leading: Provides a clear benchmark for success that can be measured and evaluated.

11. Timeframe:

  • Anytime, Anywhere: Indicates a continuous and timeless service, aligning with the nature of streaming platforms.

Once you have a clear product vision, the next step is to define your product strategy. Product strategy outlines the path to achieving the product vision. It involves making choices about where to allocate resources, which markets to target, and how to differentiate your product.
